Singapore

We didn't take too many photos this time, as it was only a year since our last visit. We concentrated on the changes. The main changes were the progress on the casino and gardens complex, and the marina barrage, both on the bay and both best seen from the Flyer. The other change was Sentosa, almost unrecognisable since our last visit there several years ago.

The Arrivals hall at Changi's Terminal 3 - somehow it always reminds of Heathrow ... View of Singapore river from our hotel bedroom - the boat 'sweeps' the rubbish from the river each morning
The hotel building at the new Casino on the bay dominates the view. This is from Boat Quay. The bit cantilevered out on the left is rumoured to be the hotel's outdoor pool. This is it seen from the Singapore Flyer (like the London Eye, but bigger)
This is it  seen from the F1 racetrack at the base of the Flyer This is the new barrage - see the difference in colour between the freshwater (left) and the seawater (right)
