We'd forgotten about entering this competition on the internet, until we had a phone call from Steve of Direct Garden Products telling us that we'd won. They told us we'd been picked at random from 6,000 entries.

It was delivered by Steve on 15th May, with Gary who organised the van and assembled the furniture and the heater. It was the day after the good weather ended, and the pictures were all taken in very slight drizzle. Unfortunately it didn't include a gas bottle for the heater, so we're actually a bit colder than we look.

Not obvious from the photos, but the table and chairs are made from very high quality dense hardwoood (and are therefore very heavy). The next job will obviously be to enlarge the patio.
