Twenty of us flew to Las Vegas at the end of May 2005, for Linda & Rob's wedding on 1st June. For the pictures of that, click on the link above.

When everyone else* flew back on 2nd June, we stayed on for another couple of weeks, flying back from San Francisco on the 19th.

A marvellous eye-opening trip. We first went east, to Zion and Bryce canyons, then to Lake Powell and on to the Grand Canyon before coming back through Las Vegas. Then it was west through Death Valley, Sequoia and Yosemite National Parks to Carmel, on the coast. We finally drove north up the coast to San Francisco.

We've split the pictures into separate sections.

Some of the Las Vegas pictures are Graham's, and a couple are from a CD that we bought out there.

* Except Jacqui and Graham who stayed on for a few days. Many thanks to Graham. He and Jacqui have been going to this part of the USA for many years. While we planned our trip Graham spent hours going over our tentative itinerary and making suggestions on what to see and what to miss out. If he hadn't taken the trouble we wouldn't have had nearly as good a time.
